Panic Attack

I don’t know what caused or triggered it- if anything at all.
All was well. I was at an equilibrium – cool, calm, and collected and then POW!!! a panic attack.

I became agitated, hypersensitive, distressed, disassociated, and discombulated. I could not speak, I felt afraid, and insane.

I was at Canley Vale Railway station talking to an elderly aquaintance, a good guy – during my panic attack, the sound of his voice hurt my nerves. The attack lastest a few minutes.

It’s been about 6 months since I had my last one. I think I my had first in my mid to late 20s ( pre- diagnoses of SMIs, therapy, and gambling disorder). I can go years without having one and then WHAM! I wouldn’t wish one on my worst enemy.
